Jacob (Jeung) Huh focuses his developing practice on intellectual property, including patent procurement and litigation in the electrical and computer fields. Jacob is one of the few CRK attorneys who was interested in patent law before beginning his undergraduate studies. As a result, most of the educational and professional choices Jacob has made relate to improving his ability to help clients meet their intellectual property goals.
Jacob has experience in a variety of technologies, including communication networks, data processing, semiconductor, and electrical systems. He has drafted a number of patent applications and prepared responses to rejections of applications both domestically in the U.S. and abroad. He has also been deeply involved in researching various international intellectual property issues.
Jacob knows that a successful career is a combination of desire, talent, effort, and a great environment with opportunities. He notes, “I’m excited to be part of a firm that is so dynamic. Whether you measure by growth or the energy in the office, CRK is truly unique.”
