Rich has experience as an inventor, an in-house counsel, and as a private practitioner. Rich has nearly ten years of engineering experience, and has dealt with matters involving telecommunications, data encryption, video compression, RF and RFID technologies, financial software, and medical devices.
Rich is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and before the US Patent and Trademark Office. He holds multiple master’s degrees, including one in computer science. Rich received his law degree from Rutgers.
